Mtv is all set to launch Gaelyn Mendonca as the new face of MTV Roadies. Gaelyn will co-present Roadies season X4 with popular veejay Bani. Gaelyn said,"Roadies is my biggest show yet. It is also my first reality show as a host."
She even added, “I plan to bring in my style. I will bring in spontaneity, energy and enthusiasm. I want to be a friend of the contestants, a host they need not be afraid of."
Gaelyn who made her debut in Bollywood with 'Nautanki Saala' says that she is not crazed about a film career.

Gaelyn perhaps represents a new era for the popular show, which had acquired an aggressive image through the Rannvijay years.
"I am not obsessed about Bollywood. If ever there is a choice between a film offer, an anchoring option and a modelling assignment, I will let the quality of work decide which one to take up," Gaelyn Mendonca added.
"VJ Hunt was entirely about talent. Roadies has certain physical and emotional aspects. As a Roadies host, one has to master the art of staying unbiased," says the Mumbai girl who studied economics and sociology at St Xavier's College and calls herself as someone who was "never the studious type but one who always loved to sing and dance".
